Entrée sides and extras to add on: These can be served with meals to give it the individual multi course feel or on platters and put on tables for grazing. Start your meal service with South American sides:

Traditional food truck window service – Guests receive a meal at the food truck window, guests get an interactive experience, they see the food being prepared in front of them and can add an element of entertainment to the day.

Sliders and sides – generously smaller versions of option one

Served either as a meal from the food truck window per person or UNLIMITED for a 2 hour food service by our friendly waiters roaming your crowd offering a selection of option one with sides.

Or we take out all the planning and take care of the entire menu and offer the whole shebang with Option 5:

“FEED ME”: Entrée, mains, dessert and a drink Option one with fries, mini empanada, jalapeno popper, soft drink/water and churro for dessert

Dessert: Finish off with a sweet treat, crunchy churros with decadent dipping sauces or locally sourced Ice Cream

• Spanish doughnuts – Churros served with dulce de leche or Nutella
• Hand crafted Ice cream with over 30 flavours to choose from served in cups or cones
