Why a food truck for your work Christmas party
It isn’t another restaurant booking. Most work Christmas parties end up in a function room with a set menu. We turn up in a food truck and cook on site, so the food becomes part of the event rather than something served at it.
It works almost anywhere. Office car park, warehouse, hired venue, park or a backyard — we bring our own kitchen and our own power. No venue kitchen required.
Everyone gets fed properly. We can cook and serve up to 150 chivitos an hour, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options so nobody is left picking at a side salad.

Pricing
Packages start from $30 per guest and run up to $50 per guest, with optional sides at $5 per guest. All packages carry a minimum spend starting at $2000 + GST.
December sits inside our peak season (October to April), so pricing varies for Christmas bookings. Tell us your date and headcount below and we’ll come back with accurate pricing within 12 hours.

Work Christmas party catering FAQs
How far in advance should we book our work Christmas party?
As early as you can. Melbourne Christmas dates fill through September and October, and our weekends are usually booked out from mid-November. Four weeks is the absolute minimum for a December booking, but by then most Fridays and Saturdays are gone.
How many guests can you cater for?
We cater everything from 40-person office lunches to 200+ guest end-of-year parties. We can cook and serve up to 150 chivitos an hour, so larger groups move through quickly without a long queue.
What happens if it rains?
We still turn up and cook. Our kitchen is inside the truck, so weather doesn’t stop service. You just need somewhere for guests to stand or sit while they eat — a marquee, undercover area or indoor space works fine.
Do you invoice businesses?
Yes. We invoice business accounts and can work with your finance team on purchase orders and payment terms.
Are you insured and food-safety certified?
Yes. We are fully insured and food-safety certified, and our nominated Food Safety Supervisor is on every job. Most corporate venues ask for this and we can provide documentation on request.
Do you need power or a kitchen at our venue?
No. The truck is a self-contained commercial kitchen with its own power, so we can cater at venues with no kitchen facilities at all. We just need vehicle access and space to park.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options as standard. Let us know your numbers when you enquire and we’ll build them into the menu.
