Offering a wide range of food truck catering options across Melbourne, we have something to suit everyone’s event, party style, appetite and budget.
Traditionally to be a Uruguayan chivito, it must have steak, bacon, egg, ham and cheese with an assortment of pickled and fresh ingredients to give it the everything in a bun feel! You can find all of this inside of our El Suarez and El Presidente chivitos. (The El Vegan is definitely on par with layers, texture and flavours)
From there we have our smaller, non traditional sandwiches, the El Chivi, El Chicki and the El Americano
Adding on sides and desserts we take your chivito to a 3 course meal with flavours of Uruguay and South American inspired sides.
Guests order at the window and receive a Chivito and side of fries meal.
You have the option of our Traditional chivitos or smaller non traditional sandwich / burger.
We highly recommend the “Feed me option”, this takes care of all food – entrée main, dessert and a drink.
Smaller but not bite sized versions of our non-traditional sandwiches.
Served as a meal from the window with 2 sliders
or Unlimited platters of sliders with sides of fries and jalapeño poppers served by our friendly staff roaming your crowd.
Finish off your meal with a real treat. Churros rolled in cinnamon sugar, served with Dulce de leche or Nutella … they are insanely delicious!
